Annually disclosing our greenhouse gas emissions across all three scopes outlined by the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, with a focus on improving data accuracy and transparency
Emissions:
Offsetting our scope 1 and 2 emissions to become carbon neutral in our direct operations, while actively working with our suppliers and contractors to reduce scope 3 emissions.
Waste Recording:
Waste recording recycling, recovery and diversion across all sites and benchmarking against our environmental targets.
Sustainable construction practices:
Promote the use of low-carbon materials, modular prefabrication methods of construction, and efficient design principles via our design teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Engage with local communities, support local employment where possible, and engagement in social development projects.
Training & development:
Offer ongoing assessment and training for employees to increase their knowledge and support career progression.
Health & safety:
Promote and uphold strong safety culture within the businesses operating procedures and creating safe work environments for our employees, our supply chain. and our neighbours
